Thank you also for letting us use your dinning room area the night before Mike's funeral. It was so personable and inviting. It allowed our two families to comfortably blend together. We really appreciate your genuine care, and your Mother Janice, is a priceless asset to your company. She was comforting, understanding and a perfectionist in the details so I wanted to mention her hard work as well. I also wanted to tell you how many compliments our family recieved on how beutiful, and peaceful and genuinely happy you made our mother look for her final "starring role" in life/death. We heard comments from family and friends that you had done an amazing job and theyd "never seen anyone look better or as natural and peaceful as our Mother, so thank you for that. Your facility is gorgeous, spacious, accomodating to our large family and I loved that we were able to stay together and dine at your facility between viewings-priceless. The visitation went well and your facility is well designed to handle a large group. By our family spreading out, people didn't have to wait through a long reception line and it moved faster. That suggestion worked well for all of us. Your attention to detail is excellent and it is often the little things that make any event go smoothly.
