COLLIGAN – William “Bill” Colligan, age 90, Bill was born on February 14, 1928 in Grand Rapids, son of the late William and Gertie Colligan passing away on Thursday, December 20, 2018. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Doris Jenkins and Betty Kats. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Donna; his sisters, Elsie Wisner, Joann (John) Sams and Ruth Colligan. He is lovingly remembered by his children, Rick (Susan) Colligan, David Colligan, Linda (Daniel) Czarnecki, and Daniel (Lorrie) Colligan; 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Bill honorably served in the United States Navy in WWII, stationed in Shanghai, China. He retired from BASF Corporation. Cremation has taken place per his wishes and there will be a celebration of life at a later date. In memory of Bill, please consider donations to Faith Hospice.
